About Us

Wolchok Eye Associates, PA, is a renowned ophthalmology practice serving patients in the Jacksonville, Florida, area. Retired ophthalmologist Eugene Wolchok, MD, launched the practice nearly 50 years ago, and his son, Stephen Wolchok, MD, later took over as the practicing physician.
